No thanks, but I would be grace if you could let me use a phone.

Receptionist:

Yes, of course! You can also use the fax as well.

Visitor:

Thanks, but I just need a phone.

Receptionist:

Okay then… here is the phone, feel like home.

Visitor:

Thanks for letting me use the phone I appreciate.

Receptionist:

You welcome, may I offer you any other help?

Visitor:

How far is the station from here?

Receptionist:

Is approximately two miles in taxi and like ten minutes walking, would you like me to get a cab for you?

Visitor:

Yes please, I would like it to be here from 2:00 p.m. to 2:15 p.m.

Receptionist:

Okay, perhaps Sandra Bates is free now to attend you. Would you like me to take to her office?
